went sch early in the morning to help gls with the survey thingy

squash was fun tdy
didnt do 4km :D
did many stupid things
coach wanted us to stride and count the number of steps we took the reach the end of the court
and perhaps due to the lack of inertia
i smashed (literally) my face on the wall
it was super duper painful pls
my whole face just BAM on the dirty icky wall D;
we did this exercise which is supposedly train some parts of ur muscle
and the stronger the muscle the btr u are at enduring the pain in the course of childbirth
damn funny
but the exercise is ultra tiring
and requires loads of mental strength

went to see squash match tdy
took bus with gracia
we were damn insecure on the bus
cos we kept thinking tht we missed the stop
the whole bus ride takes arnd 45 mins
squash match is ultra cool
it's a good game :D
coach was damn lame
she asked the players to throw the shirts to the audience
and JAMIE got it
took 31 with gracia and joelle home aft the match
gracia is the ultimate bimbo but she's damn funny
anw todayy is fun
